Our commitments

We sell verifiable commitments, not promises. Here is how we secure your project, from signing to handover.

Deposit policy

No deposit is required before work begins: you only pay for work actually carried out.

1 — Signing

€0 — no payment on order.

2 — Start

Initial deposit of 10%.

3 — During the works

Weekly or fortnightly statements based on work actually completed.

4 — Handover

Balance on delivery of the works.

Guaranteed schedule

The works schedule is contractual and backed by late-delivery penalties, set in the contract and capped at 6% of the contract amount. The only grounds for postponement accepted are defined in the contract: bad weather and disruption of the sea links, a constraint specific to island work.

Guarantees & insurance

We work under ten-year (décennale) insurance covering our activities and the islands (certificate provided on request). You have a direct right of action against the insurer (Article L.124-3 of the French Insurance Code) as well as the statutory guarantees: completion (1 year), proper functioning (2 years) and the ten-year structural guarantee (10 years).
